I have practiced in Ottawa since 1992, concentrating exclusively on family law for most of that time. I focus on the aspects of family law that involve family breakdown such as separation and divorce, and also negotiate and draft solid, workable marriage and cohabitation agreements.

I will use skilful negotiation and an in-depth knowledge of your rights, particularly when it comes to protecting your children and ensuring fair division of your property. As a lawyer with over 20 years' experience, I have extensive experience with property division of complex assets, and am particularly useful to clients in situations in which property goes beyond simple real estate and bank accounts and involves more complicated assets such as pensions, business interests and stock options.
While the best solutions are usually reached through negotiation and mediation, if it is not possible to reach a resolution with your former spouse, I have extensive litigation experience and and a record of success in court.
With a convenient downtown location across form the courthouse, reasonable fees and notary services on premises, I serve client all over the National Capital Region, particularly those who live in Kanata, Gloucester, Orleans and other nearby areas and work centrally. Parking is available across from the office.
I do not accept Legal Aid certificates.
